- He completed a two-year housemanship at University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC), KL, rotating through multiple departments, including Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Surgery, O&G, Medicine, and Psychiatry.
- From 2020 to 2021, he worked as a Medical Officer in the Medical, Emergency, and Public Health departments at UMMC.
- He then served for 1.5 years in the Ophthalmology department at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Sabah.
- Since 2023, Dr. Alief has been a Resident Doctor at U.n.i KLINIK Ampang.

- Dr. Nurdalia Nadhira earned an MD from Volgograd State Medical University, Russia, in 2019.
- She completed a two-year housemanship at Hospital Ampang, rotating through various departments, including O&G, Surgery, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Internal Medicine, and Anesthesiology/ICU.
- From 2021 to 2022, she served as a Medical Officer in the Paediatrics and Hematology departments at Hospital Ampang.
- Dr. Nurdalia then worked at Klinik Kesihatan Kampung Gial for 1.5 years.
- In 2024, she became a Resident Doctor at U.n.i KLINIK Ampang.
